Honestly the worst. She did my eyebrows in less than five minutes, I hasn’t had them done in over a month so there was lots of regrowth but they are not even at all and she did not trim them either. I’ll never be going back due to the lack of either care or experience
I have always been going here and getting service from Sabi in the first chair. She is fantastic and I have always been very happy with her. But today, they had someone else wear a mask and pretend being her!!!!! Soon after the new imposter started I could feel the difference. Sadly I have several cuts and my brows are uneven. Please make sure you get the experienced and right person assisting you.
Have only had an issue twice, but both were issues large enough that I wouldn't go back if there was another option close by. A few years ago, one of the workers appeared intoxicated and gave me super thin brows on the day of an important wedding. When I told her I had asked for my usual thick brows with just a clean up, she started laughing. Spoke with the owner and she ended up getting fired after more complaints.
The most recent was very offensive. They have a notebook where you sign and and put down your desired service. You also let the person know which service as you are sitting on a chair. I only get brows down because I have melasma on... read full review
