Excellent Doctors and Staff. They took my kid in as a walk in the late afternoon to exam her eye, after she complained of suddenly seeing spots! Also excellent yearly exams with the doctors. The Doctors are open to questions and very patient explaining their findings. Lovely clean office with high tech examination equipment. Highly recommend PV Family Vision Center.?✨?
This is our second visit here and I was even more impressed the second time. Dr. Rebecca first saw my 3.5 year old and we returned for our annual exam. The staff is extremely friendly and approaches my 4.5 year old in a gentle way to make her comfortable in order to do all the tests for her vision. Serenity was equally kind and patient with us when picking out our second pair of glasses. We will continue to come here for our vision needs, it’s worth our 35 minute drive.
I would’ve given PV Family a five star rating. But my initial experience with the in take receptionist, and how she was conflictual with me, and my daughter, regarding prior optometrist records was suspect. It was perceived by me and my daughter as a person with as active bigot tendencies. Other than that the doctor was excellent, and other staff members helping with my exam and selection of glasses were excellent. We were able to purchase five sets of glasses, and one set of contacts.
