I had a terrible experience. I brought 3 pair of pants to be hemmed. The girl quoted a price at drop off. The owner added $10.00 to the charge with no explanation why and wouldn't honner his employees quote. After 50 years living in the area, time to find a new cleaner.

Absolutely great dry cleaning service for over 15 years. A couple of these poor reviews seem questionable. These folks are always polite and willing to go out of their way to help with any special requests that we have made. The actual dry cleaning of our clothing and home bulky items has always been very professional in every respect. We strongly recommend this business to all of our neighbors. I have been bringing my clothes here for over 12 years but sadly no more. The lady that works there now is so incredibly rude and righteous. When I went to drop off my clothes in their blue bag (like I always have) I asked her to count the items and give me a receipt for the items (like the owners have always done). With a snarky attitude, she told me that they don’t give receipts if the clothes are in the blue bag. I asked how then do I know if I am getting all of my items back. She shrugged her shoulders and said if I wanted them counted I would have to use a purple bag. Huh??
