If you have a tight muscle group this is your massage therapist! My husband had a tight trapezius from his running/biking/swimming and I had a tight neck & shoulder from desk work. This massage therapist focuses on getting rid of the muscle knots by stretching, compressing, and basically retraining your muscles. My neck range of motion is back and my husband does regular visits as part of his running/biking/swimming routine. The prices are very reasonable too! Highly recommend. He does book up fast, typically a week out.
You know THAT massage... the one you've waited your whole life for? THAT's Kevin, and I cannot recommend him highly enough in words! Especially for athletes: if you lift heavy, run fast or do hard things, you need Kevin as your body mechanic/massage therapist. His anatomy knowledge is deep, his massage effectiveness is broad and his ability to use "stretch versus massage" on the table is the secret ingredient to movement and freedom. I had a terrible back/neck/shoulder issue from an injury that left me at half mobility for about four months. Kevin got me back to full mobility and pain-free! I have myofacial pain disease which flared up due to a 5 hour flight and helping with the care of 2 grandkids. I was unable to straighten up before seeing Kevin, was waking up in pain in the middle of the night, and ached all over. Kevin was amazing! My back no longer hurts, I don't ache, and I have energy! I highly recommend him.
