Dr’s are good but not the greatest office staff. I called to bring my daughter in for flu-like symptoms and a weird lump in her neck (not a swollen gland) and they said to just try over the counter meds and then go to urgent care if needed after that. When I asked about a possible tamiflu prescription (if appropriate) and it needing to be taken right when symptoms start, she just said yeah, try the over the counter meds first.

Dr. Flores (aka, Dr. Jim) is a fantastic doctor and one of the most naturally kid friendly pediatricians we have ever met! We were looking for someone who was close to us, thorough and detail oriented, knowledgeable and experienced, and possessing a kind and engaging bedside manner. Dr. Jim is all of those things! He takes plenty of time to listen to and address all of our concerns and then asks us important questions about possibilities we had never even considered. We really appreciate that we are talking to an obvious expert who is actively drawing upon his years of experience to help us. He has a quick memory for detail and patient history like you would not believe, which makes us feel like we are always getting exactly the advice and specific care we need for our little one as an individual. Also, I saw a couple of the other reviewers had trouble with his office several years ago. We have only had the best experiences with the office staff. They all seem to be a lot like Dr. Jim - kind, caring, thorough, and detail oriented.

Wow first time calling and speaking with front desk and they are beyond terrible and rude. Such a shame because from what I've heard the doctor is good. But, def not worth putting up with shitty customer service.
