I had bought a nice dress a few sizes too big years ago because I really liked the material, style, color, print, etc. I never came around having it altered because there was not a special occasion. My son was due to graduate college and I figured it was time. My usual alterations place was not fulfilling my expectations since the last 2 alterations did not come out right and was way overpriced. I set about looking for a new place on Yelp and found Maureen. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied at how well she altered a size 12 dress to fit my size 6 frame. The dress came out perfect, as if I had bought it originally in a size 6.. Her work came out clean and seamless (for lack of a better word). It fit very well and to top it off, she charged me a very reasonable amount. I am already looking for more items in my closet to have altered. I don't normally write reviews but I felt the need to leave one in this case. I highly recommend this place and will be referring friends if they need any alterations done. Don't look any further, stop by Maureen's and you won't regret it!“

“The best dry cleaner/alteration shop in the South Bay! Owners Kathy and James are efficient, kind, and provide amazing customer service. I went in to get a blazer altered (the arms are always too long for me!), and Kathy did an amazing job, making both me AND the blazer look like a million bucks. She was very knowledgeable and advised me on the process and what would look the best on me. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they were able to complete the work in a couple of days. One of my neighbors recommended Jet Cleaners to me, and now me and all of my other neighbors are loyal customers. Definitely check them out for all of your dry cleaning and alteration needs!“

“This cleaners is fantastic. Every piece of clothing or bedding I've brought to them has been returned in stellar condition, carefully wrapped or covered. They pick up and deliver, too. (depending on where you live of course). Rosie, the owner/manager is delightful to work with. Patterson is an old school family/neighborhood friendly place to take your cleaning. They don't treat you likenumber. Rosie is awesome at remembering customer names. Pricing is in line with others in the South Bay, maybe even better, but Rosie always gives you a fair shake on pricing. And everything comes back in like-new condition. Worth every penny. They even find spots that I didn't even notice.Another cleaners I used many years ago (Flair) burned a comforter that I love and that's been in my family for 30 years. I could tell they just threw it in a dryer. It looked like dryer burn marks. I was so upset thinking I lost my beautiful (and expensive) comforter. (Was $300 30 years ago, imagine cost today) Flair also shrank several of my clothes to the point where I couldn't wear them anymore, and faded them so not sure if they were washed or cleaned. So I left them and found Patterson.Rosie's team at Patterson worked on my comforter burn marks and was able to restore it like new. They also have alterations. Ever since Patterson saved my comforter, I take all my things to them. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking too. Only issue is not easy to find at first as they're in a strip-type mall off of Sepulveda but GPS should get you there just fine. If you're looking for a great cleaners or switching from your old one, give Patterson a try. I think you'll be very pleased with their work as I have been. If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have. Rare find.“

I wasn't sure of measurements but they have a little dressing room where I was able to put them on and safety pin them up. They were ready in 2 days and they turned out absolutely perfectly.
