How long to get your glasses from Dr. Martins office, Don't know because after 3 months and still no glasses I lodged a formal complaint with my insurance carrier, and they, my carrier, sent me to a new optometrist. I will receive my glasses in 7 to 10 days. In addition, the new office, handed me my prescription, which was accurate, before I left. Dr. Martin's office did not send me the prescription until 2 weeks after my exam, and the prescription was wrong! Do yourself a favor and save time and money by going somewhere else. K

Please people don’t come here! I’ve had a horrible experience here with the receptionist and Dr. Martin who is rude and condescending at the same time. I waited for over a month for my glasses to come and only for it to come not the way I asked. Let’s just say over all I waited for about 2 and 1/2 and still didn’t come the way I wanted it. I was always nice and try to be as patient as I could. The receptionist not only was rude, because I didn’t like it yet I paid for it and I should’ve received it the way I want it. Won’t be coming here ever again! And please don’t come here people, there’s so many better facilities out there.

Never had to wait this long. Will I ever receive them or will I simply have to suck it up and pay more money to another company . This is ridiculous. When your patients order contacts through you, they should be told on that day when they will receive their product that they paid for. I shouldn't have to call back to check in on the status. I've done my job, how about you? It's too bad because I enjoy Dr. Martin and think he's a very thorough and intelligent... read full review
