“I could rave about the great photos, which they always are, but I’m here for the customer service. If you’ve parented teenagers, you know the struggles with getting them to start adulting. My 17yo son had failed to tell me about his lacrosse photos, and the coaches assumed the kids told their parents. I had no idea they were taken until another mom posted her son’s photos on FB. Now over a month after the photo ordering deadline, I’m crossing my fingers that Paul Murphy Photography will be able to accommodate me. Not only did he reply immediately, but sent the link and detailed instructions to make sure I had them shipped appropriately (we were about a week out from school ending, so it was important to make sure they got there in time. The order arrived so fast I couldn’t believe it! Then to no fault of PMP, my son’s name was spelled incorrectly on a photo button. The spelling came from the coach, so again, it wasn’t PMP’s mistake. I asked for a reprint, and not only was it done at no cost, but he threw in a second button (grandma is ecstatic about that!) AND a super cute photo keychain! I have been trying really hard to not helicopter this kid and be his secretary, which often has me scrambling secretly to get some things done before we lose out on opportunities…like photos. I’ve also struggled with this coaching staff and their lack of communication to the parents. I feel like Paul Murphy has had a lot of experience with parents in similar situations as he made helping me seem effortless rather than inconvenient…and the bonus swag took the sting off my mom mood. I hope our school always uses Paul Murphy Photography…I have never received this level of service from his competitors. Thank you!“
