Excellent service from Andrea and Jason! We are thrilled with our new windows. I chose Pella after exhaustive research on windows, and I'm glad I did! We had some unusual size windows, and Jason was kind enough to help us join our massive 16' panes together. Andrea responded to all my questions. I would definitely buy Pella again!

Andrea H worked hard for me on my window replacement job. She helped me pick out the proper window design that best matches my home, both in style and color. She also coordinated between the contractor and the Pella team for obtaining the custom window dimensions. Her communication skills and prompt responses really helped me get through the process. In the end, the windows look great and I have lower heating/cooling bills. They also reduced the street noise by a lot and the exterior cladding should make them maintenance free for many years to come. I couldn't be happier with the product. As a contractor, I have worked with Andrea Heggelund for years. She is always professional and available when I call. The clients are always happy with the products.
