I just love Shelby at Palm Beach Tan in Rp / Cotati !! She is always greets you with a warm sweet smile. Makes you feel so welcome. Plus she takes the time to remember her Customers Names . She is defenitly a grear hire for Palm Beach Tan ❣️
Membership fees the highest I've encountered anywhereUse tan $99 for 99 days at my other salon.. only choice locally.. major improvements over monthsUpdated.. service improved. SHELBY IS AMAZING GREAT SERVICE AND SUPER FRIENDLY!Team is now present and location open with better hours.
The actual place is not bad but they continue to charge my card after I told them to put it on hold. They said someone probably forgot to hit save and that the girl was no longer working there. For 8 months my card has been charged. It's been 2 weeks since I left a message at their main company to try and fix the situation... No return to call yet.
