Therapist was very nice and personable but I didn't get much instruction about how to heal from the problem I was there to address. My main reason for the poor review is that the administration or therapist did not forward any notes to my doctor about why the therapy did not improve my condition or her impressions about my treatment that was unsuccessful. This severely impacted my next appointment with the doctor [who is a 2 hour drive for me to see and is booked 6 months out so obviously important for him to have all the info during my long waited appointment with him] Having that information would have been important for him to decide on further treatment for me. The other reason for my poor review is that the treatment room was very shabby with no hot water in the (cracked) sink in treatment room or in the bathroom. Washing my hands was important because of the type of treatment I was receiving. Many of the rest of the supplies in the treatment room were also old and shabby. In all, treatment room seemed unsanitary. This is obviously not the responsibility of the employees but rather the responsibility of the corporation. For such a large, successful company the facility was abysmal. Front desk employee was fine. Would absolutely not recommend this facility. I'm seeking further treatment elsewhere.

Cannot comment on there service as their appointment management horrible. Referred by my Dr called early January, "Sorry we are booked through February and March and April not open for booking, no suggestion of a wait list. Called early February, now booked through March. "maybe we could put you on the wait list!" Called late February to see if there had been change or openings now booked through May. Maybe I should be thankful.

So...I wanted to update my review. You know what people say, "If I could give zero stars...". When I was there for the fiasco below, I was told there was an appointment at the end of the month, as in the last day. I declined it and said I'd call back. Of course I didn't and ended up at Koda because they are amazing and competent as all hell. Just got a call that I missed my appointment today?! The one I never scheduled, but someone did. Geezus. I swear I better not get billed for this or there will be an uproar.
