Dual fuel Heat pump installation went exactly as indicated by the advance team. 2 day installation was painless, team was communicative and professional. When there was a mechanical issue with a part post installation it was fixed promptly. Very happy with the work done.

Scott H. from Elevated Comfort never gave up in figuring out why my brand new Mitsubishi HVAC unit was not functioning properly (installed by another company per the contractor). He (and Zach one service call) kept going deeper, diagnosing several missing installation steps and even one missing part and fixing them. I so appreciate his thoughtful and thorough approach! My AC is working now! I highly recommend Elevated Comfort and Scott H.
By the way, the women in the office are wonderfully friendly, helpful and even genuinely empathic. Special shout out to Sharon.
