“Update: My previous review was when I was working with a job foreman who is no longer with the business and the job was rushed and not up to par. The owner was out at the time (no fault of his) and thus didn't have the normal oversight that he would have had on the job. After being contacted by the owner we worked together to get my issues corrected as well as have some new work done which turned out very well and that I am very pleased with. “The 30 year old condo furnace was continuously blowing cool air and wouldn’t shut off. A company (whom I won’t name) came out to take a look. They spent less than 5 minutes looking at the furnace, unplugged it, and said it needed to be replaced. They quoted over $9,000 to replace the furnace. AAA Energy Systems was contacted to come out and provide a second opinion and free estimate. The estimator who came out was very knowledgeable, friendly/professional, and transparent. He took the time to troubleshoot and test the unit. Not only did the estimator get the unit working properly to get another good month’s use out of it, AAA’s estimate for a new furnace was almost HALF of what the other company was going to charge! Gino's crew arrived on time (even a few minutes early), everyone was polite and professional, there were a bunch of people working on our roof at the same time and they got done even faster than we expected. “Kirk has been cleaning the fire places and gas burning inserts at the rentals I manage for years. He communicates incredibly well, you know what your arrival window will be and he's there. Very through, from the roof on down, will spend the time to find out what you have and keep a record of the manual, many of these houses didn't provide that info upon purchase.
Personable and efficient. We don't have anyone else work on our gas or wood burning stoves.
