When our printer started printing a mix of good lines and unreadable lines, none of the maintenance options available in the printer solved the problem. We could have bought a new one, but that would have sent the current one to a landfill. NOT an option! I'm always suspicious of companies that get only 5-star reviews, but Guardian's come from various cities and cover a time span. The range of issues they've resolved is impressive. Now I know for sure that if 10-stars were possible, they'd be rated 100% with ten! The printer is printing better than ever and Alex told us some do's and don'ts for future maintenance.
