Following a kitchen water leak that did damage to one end of my relatively small galley kitchen, I was referred to Gross Enterprises, Inc. for both restoration and ultimately a remodel of my kitchen. The finished product is a joy, and I couldn't be happier with the unbelievably beautiful outcome. It is now a profoundly different space from before. At the same time it was also a definite pleasure working with Jeff Gross and his team. Jeff has created a focus for his work that includes helping his customers define and achieve to their complete satisfaction their project vision . He and his team were so helpful to me, as I was gradually adjusting my vision, turning the project, which had emerged initially from water damage repair, into a complete transformation of my whole kitchen space.And I really enjoyed every part of the experience of working with Jeff and his team. He and his son, Marshall, who served as the foreman of the project, and his administrative assistant, Alison, all have a wonderfully cheerful approach to work and seem simply to love what they do. They actually enjoy solving problems and addressing any obstacles that may arise. At the same time they are true perfectionists who bring a high level of professionalism and detailed attention to each facet of the construction process. Their skill level is profound. I highly recommend them and the high quality of their work.

We were fortunate to have been referred to Gross Enterprises Incorporated for the build out of our fitness studio F45 Training San Rafael. We can only try to say enough great things about this team of true professionals. From the start, it was clear that their primary concern was our ultimate satisfaction. Indeed, the end product of their efforts was a boutique fitness studio that exceeded our expectations and felt amazing to see transform from nothing to full fruition of our vision. Jeff is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman, well-connected, honest, calm, easy to work with, and clearly a respected leader among his staff. Project manager Alison was an absolute godsend. Her foresight, attention-to-detail, sense of urgency, and communication was key to getting the project done. It was particularly challenging, as the pandemic hit after we were less than 2 months into the project. Alison handles any challenge thrown her way with poise and immediate action. She also made it her personal goal to get us in under budget...and succeeded. Jeff's son Marshall was on-site most of the time and there was not a problem he could not solve. Jeff, Marshall, Ed and other team members worked incredibly hard, were extremely punctual, kept the construction site impeccably clean, and all went out of their way to make sure we were in the loop on decisions. After the job was finished there were a few loose ends that they had to be tied up and they made it a priority to get them done. We appreciate their sincerity and commitment in ongoing attention to ensuring that the project continues to meet our expectations, as we function in the new space. Not only would we recommend this team, we will definitely work with them again on future projects. We feel so lucky to have found them and will forever be thankful for not only what they delivered, but how they did it.
