We had our crawlspace cleaned and sanitized after a rat invasion. Crawlspace Specialist, Miguel, came, assessed our situation and proposed cleaning out the mess, using a sanitizing spray, and putting down a 20 ml. vapor barrier. In addition, he improved our foundation supports, by replacing them with the piers, instead of the paving tiles the previous specialist used. He came with a good sized crew, and it was done in one day. Very professional, quality work. We could not be more pleased.
Miguel and his crew are amazing. We purchased a home with a lot of water intrusion into our crawlspace. The previous owners installed a few sump pumps that were pumping the water out in an inadequate amount of time. Miguel came by and provided a comprehensive review of what he saw and how he would fix it. His team came by and finished the French drain and sump pump system efficiently. Miguel even came by a few days later in the evening to ensure everything was working sufficiently and that the crawlspace had no more standing water. I will continue going back to Miguel for all crawlspace needs in the future .
It is January 2023 in the middle of the storms and hearing water pumping out of our crawlspace is music to my ears! In 2017, Miguel and his crew dug out a french drain in our crawlspace, installed a sump pump, lined the crawlspace with moisture barrier. Six years later, everything is still working. I just checked the crawlspace and it's very dry after weeks of wet weather. The crawlspace in our fixer upper house we had purchased in 2016 would experience significant flooding. Moisture from below would bring mold and mildew through the floor boards and into our home. We lost so many shoes, clothing, rugs, etc after the first winter. Now, we've been dry ever since Miguel came and worked on our crawlspace. Thanks so much to Miguel and his crew. I also remember his team being very courteous. They are true pros and know darn well what they are doing.
