5+ stars. This was my first trip to The Best Day Spa and I must say, I am one happy customer. I chose this place because they had the earliest appointment and it was close to home. So glad I did. Walking in the front door I felt a sense of calm, a relaxing vibe. Very clean throughout. Receptionist was very kind. I went in due to back issues, hoping for a bit of relief. Carrie worked wonders from head to toe. She was gentle but firm in the neck and lower back areas. Asking along the way if it was too much. Very respectful. I went away feeling completely relaxed, able to move my body with ease. I will definitely return. Thank you Carrie and The Best Day Spa!

Over all it was a good experience. I'll def try again with a different massage therapist. Pros : clean Staff was nice Scrub awesome On time Cons: I could hear every single door open and close while getting my massage. I also specifically scheduled with one person and got another when I showed up and nobody had given me a heads up.

I've visited many spas in the Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Calistoga, and Kenwood areas. Without a doubt, Best Day Spa offers the best quality facials, especially from Carrie. While it lacks the resort vibe, that's perfectly fine for a local like me who doesn't want to pay for resort overhead. Once you are in treatment room, all places same in my experience. You get an outstanding facial at an amazing price, far better than any I've had at other expensive resorts or spas in the area. The experience here is unmatched, which is why I keep returning. Carrie is truly the best! Highly recommend.
