    I wish I could give Sid more stars because 5 is just "great" but his training is excellent. After just a few weeks, I started recommending this place to everyone I knew because my back pain disappeared! It's not even the reason I started going here (reason was to get in shape and healthier), but it was a very happy side effect of Sid's gentle restorative approach to fitness.     I have worked with Sid for about four months. I have been impressed with his knowledge and his attention to detail in creating a plan for my workout. He has helped me to develop my core strength, increase my balance and stability, improve my posture and fine-tune my diet to support me in building muscle mass. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking one-on-one support.

    Sid is a very professional master trainer and knows the physical body & his business better than any other trainer I've ever had. I've been working out with him for over 6 years now and so glad I found him. I'm 68 years old and he works very well with my limitations and pays attention to my progress and is so knowledgeable that he knows when to push me or let me take it easy. Thanks Sid!
