Called and was told I had to wait until Monday to look up a past order. Women who answered phone was rude and condescending. No proactive approach to getting the info I needed. So typical of customer service today. I bet they don’t care about loosing my business.Service: Install flooring

Amy Fadelli from American Tile and Stone is a rockstar! We are part of the "fire rebuild club", having to work with Builder, contractors, subs and experience the dance that goes on between all of them. It is utterly refreshing to work with Amy. She answers the phone herself, returns e-mails in a timely manner, and ALWAYS delivers! We were in a tight spot when our backsplash was overlooked on the to-do list. Amy helped me figure out how to use my remaining tile from previous job and was able to get everything scheduled lightening fast. This sort of service has been rare in these post fire days where demand is high. I can't say enough enough about Amy in particular, she is a rare gem and I'm so, so thankful for her tremendous customer service, accountability, and integrity.
