We had them knock out part of a wall and put in a new fireplace with tile front all the way to the ceiling- the results are fantastic! Noland kept us informed every step of the way. “Vitaliy & his team completed a full primary bath remodel. This was an ADA project. It included widening our shower area doorway, installing accessible sinks, fixtures, roll under sink cabinetry, installing wall mounted toilet, curbless roll-in shower with grab bars, foldable shower seat, relocated shower fixtures, and upgrading to a smart light and speaker system.

Everything turned out wonderful! It has made the quality of daily life for my husband much easier. It is completely functional and accessible. It looks stunning!

Vitaliy was easy to work with throughout the entire process. He was flexible, responsive, reliable and his work was impeccable. He provided great design and material recommendations and suggestions. Due to our ADA requirements, we had to pivot several times throughout the project
and Vitaliy was always patient and understanding.

Doing an ADA remodel is quite challenging. Vitaliy and his team made an extraordinary effort to make adjustments in accommodations and scheduling and installation priorities to work around our special requirements and accessibility needs. This was really important to us and much appreciated.

The team was incredibly detailed and meticulous throughout the entire project. My home and the work site were always left spotless and organized.

“They recently completed a dry-rot repair on my home. Their bid wasn't the cheapest, but it was very close and they were definitely worth it. They were on-time every day, very professional, and the work was done so well, its hard to tell where anything was even done. Although a small change-order was needed, they explained why and presented the options I had clearly. Would highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of a general contractor!“

“One Friday afternoon, desperate to find a granite top for a kitchen island in our new home, I call up John at Premier Granite and asked if he had the materials we were looking for. Not only did he, but he invited me to stop by his shop, where he was currently working, to show me a few samples.I arrived to find him hard at work, though he put everything down and kindly spent time with me to discuss stone types and options. I got covered in quartz dust, but happily so! We found a stone that would be perfect, and after discussing different pricing options, decided on a solution.What really struck me though was his ability to cut and install in less than five days time -- which meant I could actually get it done before moving into the new house! I wasn't expecting that at all, and felt that John really went above and beyond to help me out. But it wasn't a rush job by any means: the stone is absolutely beautiful and his work installing it was meticulous and without any flaw. My wife and I are very happy with the new island, and personally I am even more impressed by John's level of professionalism, care and responsiveness. Without a doubt I will be recommending friends in the future to check out Premier Granite, and will be calling him back when it comes time to replace our other counter-tops.There are lots of similar shops in the area, and many people can get the job done. “I can not even begin to say how unbelievably happy my husband and I are with the work that M.I.S. Construction has done for us. The company replaced my roof in in less than 4 days (this due to inspections with no issues of any kind). This included removing 1 large and 1 extra large skylights and replacing them with Solar Tubes. Painted my the outside of my whole house and replace a huge double door with a beautiful single door (had to build the frame for the new door as it was about 4" smaller than what was originally there).They replaced my 2 fences on both sides of my house including the retaining walls. “For over a year I have dreamed of remodeling my master tub, shower & flooring. I am placing this post to let people know that my dream has come true with Jaguar Construction. From the first day that Jeff Guillet arrived, I gave him a rough sketch of what I was looking for in a remodeled master bathroom. He gave me several ideas, places to look for materials and a verbal rough estimate. I have learned from previous home remodels that it is best to work as a team with the contractor. To help look for materials that I prefer as much as possible, before starting the construction. This facilitated for a smoother completion of the remodel. Jeff's communication was prompt and he arrived on time each day up to the finish line. I especially liked that Jeff communicated quickly and asked me questions as to my preferred look of changes at each step of the construction. My master bathroom was beautifully completed in about a month. I recommend him for most of your construction needs. By the way he went beyond remodeling my mater bathroom. He also repaired several of my doors, my front yard drip system and sliding door handle.“
