I was new to acupuncture when I began treatment about 8 months ago for a frozen shoulder, wanting to forgo the pharmaceuticals and cortisone shots recommended by my western medicine clinicians. I found the experience to be amazing. Dr.Alaric Toy took the time to listen to my concerns, worked with me to focus treatment to address those concerns and helped me understand my body from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. I've been seeing Dr. Toy for nearly a month now.. have a lot of back and shoulder pain from a car accident and work as well as low energy. I feel much better after treatments. Definitely recommend. Oh and get the herbs... they really do work!
