We had our AC stop working & called Service Champions to come out & do a diagnostic on our system. We our WOW members & they sent out our favorite HVAC repairman Zach. He came out & found the problem after doing the diagnosis. The main ductwork from the air return had collapsed & caused our AC to freeze up. He ordered the parts & we had to wait 24 hours for the lines to unfreeze. He came back the next afternoon & did a repair to the duct that would allow us to have AC in this 100 degree weather until the new ductwork arrives in 2 days. He came back as promised, installed the new ductwork & got the AC running like new.
Tony was enthusiastic, polite, and went way beyond what’s expected to keep the job tidy. We have been using Service Champions for about 3 yrs and all their techs have been great! Kiddos both for the techs and the business! Also thanks to Noah for a quick and important diagnosis and fix tonight, less than 8 hrs after we called with a problem.
