First off, Debra was so kind and accommodating... I am mediately felt comfortable with her and within minutes was basically telling her my life story lol... I came in for a balayage and she did exactly what I asked for... It turned out even better than I expected... We went through a complete color selection and she gave me her opinions about what I should and should not do and it was highly appreciated! The time flew by because after about 30 minutes we were basically BFFs... I of course don't know how to sit still and she was very patient with me when I would move out of position lol... After my color she also did my eyebrows which look fabulous for the first time... read full review

Made an appointment on booksy. She confirmed the appointment, but was a no call no show. Didn't answer my calls or text. Door was locked, but open sign on. Review update. She later texted and stated she was out if town and offered a discount. By then I had went somewhere else.
