I had an unfortunate accident that resulted in me losing a tooth and had a few others that were very loose - I called the office as soon as the ER discharged me, and Dr. Tran immediately agreed to see me even though it was the end of the day on a Friday. Dr. Tran and the rest of the staff were so helpful and I am incredibly appreciative of them staying late on a Friday evening to get me moving in the right direction of my healing journey. Thank you Dr. Tran and the rest of the team that helped me!

If you come here please ensure that you dont have anything else scheduled for at least 90-120 minutes for an appontment. The first time here, my daughter had to wait over 1 hour from check in, note we had to bring her from school. After the wait it took about another hour until the dentist was finished.
Today, my other daughter had an appointment. We checked in earlier for a 3:30pm appoinment at roughly 3:20pm. A 50 minute wait and I was told by staff every visit is at least 90.
Find someone else. The wait time is unacceptable and as others have said they dont hold their end of the bargain.
Hi, my name is Delight Nelms and I reside in Rocklin, California. Due to several bad experiences in various dental offices, I had neglected my mouth completely. After losing two old crowns and splitting another tooth, I was forced into calling into a dental office. In Spite of extreme white coat syndrome, Dr. Lin was able to calm me, do a full mouth evaluation and we started on the process of returning my mouth to health.
