He takes the time to make sure the design compliments your body. He listens to all of your ideas, concerns and questions and addresses them with professionalism and care. “See Jacob for your piercing needs! My 8 year old daughter was finally ready to get her ears pierced, but was terrified of the pain. Jacob was so incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring to her. He talked her through every step of the process and she didn't even flinch when he pierced her ears! He is remarkably knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. Jacob gave us detailed instructions on how to keep the piercings clean and even had cleaning spray for purchase at the shop. We were impressed with his high level of professionalism. I cannot recommend him enough!! Thank you Jacob for making this such a positive experience for my daughter!

“The tattoo on your guys's page on James shepherd with a dragon that says Taylor over it is amazing work I love the way the dragon came out in the style that it was done in and the fact that it was a memorial piece means it's hard to get that perfectly right for that customer and she did a wonderful job and nailed it for him and couldn't have been more happy with the work he got and the piece came out absolutely beautiful a+ work

Requested style: I can't remember the name of the lady who runs the place but she can do many different styles very well and I was extremely impressed with what she could do I would recommend this place to anybody

Specialities: I specifically wanted to get my tattoo in black and gray wash only and she had no problem doing that funny experience do I need that type of tattoo work

Cleanliness: What place is extremely clean spotless from ceiling to floor the employees are very clean don't have extreme hairdos were heavily get all over the place or very well manicured nails and stuff of that nature yes it's just overall extremely cleaned business if it was a hotel I give it five stars“
