Came in for the first time today to do the Ultimate Care head spa service. May was my technician and she did an amazing job. It was so relaxing and soothing. I'll definitely be back.

The scalp detox treatment was very relaxing! The staff was friendly and everything was very clean. One point of feedback is that the steam machine did have an odor and they let it run the entire time - it wasn't distracting for the most part. I fell asleep from the scalp massage and was able to really enjoy the session. My scalp feels healthy still, 3 weeks post treatment.

While I think there is a lot going for this salon, my 3 star rating comes down to the quality of my final manicure and pedicure. Let me start with the POSITIVES: First, booking and checking in to my appointment was quick and I felt the person at the front desk was friendly and approachable. Also, my first impression of the salon was that it felt really clean and was nice and large so they could get people in and out efficiently. Next, The 2 women doing my nails were both very kind and funny. They were showering me in compliments which made me feel really special.
