Founder Ian Morgan, driven by his desire to revolutionize the industry, started the company in 2009 out of his parents' garage. Today, the company is focused on making people happy, creating peace of mind, and genuinely caring about those they serve. The company's technicians, such as Jhair, Brandon Davis, and Joseph Santiago, are described as friendly, competent, professional, and thorough. They have provided excellent services, including spider and hornet/wasp extermination, to satisfied customers. HomeShield Pest Control's mission is to be the best company, not necessarily the biggest.

Like many other successful businesses, HomeShield Pest Control had humble beginnings. Ian Morgan, the founder, had a dream of owning a company someday. Earlier in his career he worked for another pest control company and saw that his ideas could really make a difference. He wanted to be revolutionizing. So he got to work. In 2009, he started the company out of his parents garage, and expanded into what it is today-- a company based on making people happy, creating peace of mind, and genuinely caring about those we serve. This has now become his mission in life. He had one goal in mind, not to become the biggest company but the best company.
