“Artisan, craftsman, trusted professional. That is Leontin Gavris. We just completed another major remodel with him and his sons and could not be more thrilled with our new master bath. We have trusted Galleria Kitchens and Baths for about a decade now (including kitchen, laundry and guest bath remodels, as well as other projects), and will continue to rely on their expertise and skill with any construction in our home. It is rare to find contractors who are honest, show integrity, and take deep pride in their craft. Leontin does not cut corners, and insists on doing things the right way. Nicoletta is a true gem. She has a wonderful eye for space, even in challenging layouts. Her creativity made my wife's vanity space a beautiful reality in our new bath. Nicoletta also knows her materials (marble, tile, etc.) and we've come to rely on her expertise in that area. Most notably, both Nicoletta and Leontin are simply wonderful humans. They have raised a wonderful family of sons, three of whom are apprenticing with their father in the business. The focus on and pride they have for their family says a lot about how they run Galleria Kitchens and Baths. We are already planning another guest bath remodel with them, and look forward to welcoming them into our home again soon.“

“We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and supply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.“

“I have worked with JKS Tile for a few years now. If you need kitchen floor tile or bathroom shower tile installed in a remodel or a new construction home I would highly recommend them. They install porcelain tile, ceramic tile, and natural stone and truly care about the quality of their work. Jerry and his crew do a great job.“

The layout with the refrigerator, sink, and stove positioned sufficient lighting, and a design that minimizes unnecessary movement while cooking.

Luxehome was able to provide for me and my husband the use of the kitchen effectively with stylish design look.
Alex was able to see our vision as well as giving recommendations and suggestions.

Alex would keep us informed of what is being worked on day by day to keep us aware on the timeline and expectations. This is important to us open communication.

Overall we are pleased with Luxehome and the craftsmanship and attentiveness to details.

“July of 2024 I had Solid Construction do a full gut and remodel of my master bath. The entire experience was excellent from the sales coordinator Mike, to the crew manager Misha to one of the main craftsmen Serge. The work was meticulous, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end product. I had designed the new footprint and was able to pick out all of my fixtures. They have a large showroom with a vast selection of cabinets, flooring and tile. When I did not find my "perfect" shower tile in what they had on hand, I was able to find what I wanted myself and it did not change the price quoted. Although Solid Construction contracted out to have the custom vanity built, they make sure the companies they partner with are of the same high caliber. My vanity and side cabinet came out exactly as I had requested all the way down to specific pull outs.

If you have a remodel project, I highly recommend Solid Construction and Design.“

“OUTSTANDING! Over the past 12 months the Folsom Designing Dreams team has remodeled two bathrooms and a kitchen for me in two different homes. Each a beautiful, spacious home in Placerville, CA built in the 1980s. So, as is often the case with these older homes you pull up the carpet or knock down a wall and it's like Forest Gump's box of chocolates, "always a surprise inside." But each time, Randy M. (owner) would come to me and say either we "have to" or "you should" fix this newest surprise. Now, I do not consider this up-selling, but more like a friend informing me of something his team noticed and then giving me the option of having it taken care of now by them or later by someone else. Each time Randy provides a verbal cost estimate for these "change orders" to the original scope of work. The thing is, his verbal estimates are always near 90% accurate. And his original written estimates at start of the project were each a dead-on, bullseye hit! Designing Dreams team members are all professional, courteous, highly skilled and take great pride in their work - "All Stars", each of them. I especially enjoyed my working relationship with my Project Mangers, Jeff E. and Duncan B., I always felt I could call or text either of them whenever I had a question or concern. They were consistently friendly, responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. I also appreciated the milestone based payment plan and the weekly forecast of work to be performed in my home and by whom. Oh and, the kitchen and two bath remodels turned out amazingly well and are highly lauded by visiting family and friends. :) These guys and gals at Designing Dreams ain't cheap . . . but I consider them of great value!
