Cut & Perm of Rocklin

i went to Cindy a couple days ago for some layers in my hair. i showed Cindy a picture and explained how i haven’t gotten my hair cut in almost a year due to a bad experience with a different salon. Cindy gave me the exact haircut i wanted, fast and efficiently! Would 100% recommend for any girls who want their long hair cut, but not wanting to completely chop it short. Cindy did amazing, this is my favorite haircut i’ve ever had!

Went in to find out about getting a perm, place was nice and clean and Cindy was about to do a perm for me. I love the way it turned out, alot of the time the stylist will ignore how I want it, but not Cindy, she listened, has a couple of ideas but did it how I wanted. She has a very friendly personality and can't wait til my next perm, diffently from her. I would highly recommend this place

I ventured out to get a haircut today! I have been waiting for months for the salons to open and today was the day! I, of course, went to my usually spot, Cut and Perm in Rocklin. Cindy is the only person I trust to cut my hair. She is the sweetest lady with amazing skills. You can tell she cares about her customers as she always remembers my name and what we talk about. The minute you sit down in her chair, you feel at ease. She listens to what you want and makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. On top of the excellent customer service and great haircuts, the new regulations set in place at her shop ensures safety. The waiting area now follows physical distancing guidelines and allows customers to sign-in and wait in their car until they receive a text from Cindy when she is ready for them. I am so glad Cut and Perm is open again!
