My 2-year old is very afraid of haircuts after a bad experience at a different salon. So I tried Cookie Cutters. Not only was Amber patient, she was able to give my crying son a good haircut while being safe! On top of the, she was very reassuring to me as a parent, letting me know that this can be normal. At my son's second haircut with Amber, he was much calmer, and a good part of that was Amber's patience and calmness. Definitely gonna be a regular!
Took my 7 year old daughter to this place. This was her first time going to a kids salon. She absolutely loved the place and was very excited about the ballon, lollipop and stickers they get after the haircut. They got everything. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Amber was very polite and patient. Everyone was super nice and it was an amazing experience. Will definitely be going there more often.
Took my son to get his hair cut. The stylist was polite and was smiling throughout while trying to talk to my son. The customer service was good as well. For the price, it is totally worth it!!
