Great small and local HVAC company. Always responsive, they don't just sell you and install, and forget about you like most bigger companies may do. They stay loyal to you and they respond quickly mostly within minutes, or hours. The owner, Richard, make sure you understand what he sells/install and always give you options. They are open to your feedback and learn quickly. For example, the supplier gave them wrong model for zone board and HVAC could not communicate well, they figured it out with my help and quickly resolved the issue for good.Services: Heating system installation
My air stopped working Friday evening. I called California Air Comfort Saturday morning hoping to get on the schedule for Monday. Richard the owner came out himself on a Saturday and fixed my ac. While fixing my ac I inquired about upgrading my system as it was the original unit from 1992 when the house was built. Richard provided me with a few options and I never felt forced about any of the decisions I was making. My new Heating and air system was installed today and I couldn't be happier. The entire crew was so respectful and left my house spotless! All the workers explained everything they were doing and I were super flexible and friendly! I will be sure to tell all my friends about m wonderful experience with California Air Comfort! They have a customer for life!!
