Great service, from start to finish. I had an early appointment and was late. So when the tech showed up, instead of leaving, he took it upon himself to start. I was completely amazed and appreciated it much. I was only 5 minutes late, but time matters and I didn't want him to have to leave and reschedule. Great job!
