I absolutely loved working with the staff at the Riverside location. I went to PT there for 7 months following surgery and they helped me so much! I initially went in in so much pain & even though my road is still long & I'm not finished yet, I have gained so much muscle and I have a ton of tools in my tool box of low impact movements to continue to utilize. A huge thank you to the staff of West Star Physical Therapy!

The place is EXCELLENT. Doug the Manager is caring and knows his job, he speaksin laymen terms. Alicia "Boss Lady" is upbeat friendly and ALWAYS pleasant she welcomes you at the door. Jaz is friendly, professional and so nice, she will assist you in her kind way. Matthew will make sure all machines and chairs are cleaned after each use. Steve is my main man, he pushed me to get better he expressed to me the CORRECT way to do the exercises. He is extremely knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you, for those who want to "pushed". I will missed them ALL.

The girls in the front desk are super friendly and efficient at what they do. They work hard to get you in and out all the time. All the therapists I worked with were also great and the doctor is super friendly and talkative. Each time he asked me if I was being treated nicely by the staff. He is a great doctor.
