shouldn't be in business...PERIOD. Why no-one has yelped for 2 years boggles me. Because this Dr. doesn't follow the golden rule of customer service = Always Make It Right. I have had fillers and botox all my life over the past 30 years...ALL Premium Medicare Spas. The Professional looks at the situation, makes suggestions, we agree on what is to be done, a price is agreed upon and an appt. is made. The procedure is done. Soon after another appt. is made to recheck, in case any tweaks are needed to make me happy. With THIS office, I showed up for my recheck to be greeted AGAIN by "Negative Nancy". I showed up 1 hour earlier just as the first time since the numbing cream takes 1 hour. I wait over one hour to be seen - 3:30pm. Dr. Leong steps in, we talk what little tweak is needed and THEN the numbing cream is applied...meaning 2 HOURS LATER WILL BE THE TIME FOR THE TWEAK?? While I wait, a young lady has me sign the standard Release Forms. Finally the numbing is done, another young lady comes in and assists me in sanitizing my face. As I am rinsing , "Negative Nancy" pops her head in and says "be sure she pays before it's done". ??? PAY FOR WHAT???? I am beyond shocked and say so. Now it's 15 to closing and I am arguing with the Dr. and young ladies that this is the first news that this is going to cost me more - nothing spoken by the Dr., nothing on the papers I signed and neither young lady spoke about more $ I would be required to pay for tweaking my procedure. Ready for this? All 3 said the same - "we assumed you knew." : O I answered "through telepathy???" Dr. Leong then said "we need to do this tweak, which is $540.00, sometime after Christmas as our office is now closed" and went and hid in her office, leaving me looking at these stupid young girls. I walked out numb - from the face cream and the feeling of having been stupid and screwed over.

She only asked you what you want her to look at she doesn't inspect or look at your body to check for signs of cancer or pre-cancer. She never even had me stand up to look at my back of my legs or anything. She wanted me to tell her what I wanted her to see. I've been to other dermatologist and they always look at your skin and actually feel your arms to make sure there is no lumps or pre-cancerous spots. She's very nice but not very thorough at all.

Dr. Tracy Leong helped me with a number of issues both medical and cosmetic and I've had great results. I've seen my fair share of dermatologists over the past few years and her approach was far more effective than what I'd been doing recommended by other doctors.
