I purchased a groupon for 2 IPL sessions and when I went in for my consultation, I learned that IPL alone wasn't going to get rid of the broken capillaries in my face. Yes, the doctor upsold me additional services, but all at a very reasonable price when compared with other med spas. The lovely young woman at the front desk marked my groupons as used and I paid $700 for additional services. I did not receive treatment that first day and was told they would call me later that same day with my appointment time. I purchased a groupon for 2 IPL sessions and when I went in for my consultation, I learned that IPL alone wasn't going to get rid of the broken capillaries in my face. Yes, the doctor upsold me additional services, but all at a very reasonable price when compared with other med spas. The lovely young woman at the front desk marked my groupons as used and I paid $700 for additional services. I did not receive treatment that first day and was told they would call me later that same day with my appointment time. I did not receive a call that day, or the day after and I began to panic and wonder if I had been scammed. I left a message indicating my concerns and the front desk staff explained that they had to reach out to the nurse who performs the procedures to get her schedule. Additionally, I had requested my appointment on a day that they are not usually open. The nurse, Donna came in on her day off for me and she is very talented at what she does. I was told that results from vein and IPL treatments can take weeks to show but I saw a difference immediately. Donna makes you feel instantly comfortable and she is very thorough in explaining the procedures. I got off to a bit of a rocky start at this clinic and I feel bad for barking at the front desk staff for not immediately getting back to me with an appointment time. All in all, I believe the results will be well worth the money and Donna and the rest of the staff are very kind.

Donna was extremely knowledgeable on IPL's, took her time explaining before, during and acted care. Excited for the results, I'm realistic and know it will take several sessions but I feel comforted in her care. Staff is nice and office is organized, shared with a primary care office so feels reassuring doctor is always ok the premises.
