Started out good after one job, but the second job completely fell apart. After getting a bid, settling on a date/time with their lead, and coordinating with my property manager and tenants, their lead completely ghosted with no responses to calls or texts (I only wanted to reconfirm and ask a quick question as the job date arrived). I'm a chill customer and usually don't post reviews like this, but the way it went down was super lame and highly unprofessional. If you're looking for reliability and good communication, look elsewhere for sure.
