Great customer service. Corine is awesome, very helpful the entire staff has been great. I really do appreciate them for being there. I think everyone is great there in the office and in the back office.
Doctors and therapists are great, but appointment scheduling is a NIGHTMARE. I've repeatedly scheduled appointments, taken time off work to go, and had them say that my appointment was actually a different day, time, or online instead of office or vice versa. And I've waited months for these appointments. They also do not text appointment confirmations or reminders, so you have no proof of when the appointment was actually scheduled for. Even though the providers end up being great, the frustration of going to this office is not worth it, unfortunately.
For anyone skeptical about coming because of the negative reviews don't be frightened, they told me the wait would be 2 weeks and they ended up calling me 3 days later saying they have an opening. So far great customer service and Dr. Khalsa has been good to me. He even took my appointment at 7pm since I work so much and can hardly take time off. So far so good I have 0 complaints.
