The services is okay in the office but good luck getting someone on the phone to make an appointment. I pray you dont ever need a refill on a prescription. Ive been calling the office for over a week with no answer. I just hold until I cant hold any longer. Today i finally called another office on brockton and found a supervisor who is trying to get a hold of the dr to get my son a refill on his inhaler. Dont wait for your prescription to be out before you work on getting a refill because its not easy and could takes weeks.
My Daughter felt really comfortable and love's Dr. Stacy Catalon was Great very respectful and very thorough. Oh yea I had no problems making an appointment and everyone treated us with kindness and respect
Dr. Christensen has been my primary doctor for a couple of years and he is excellent. Always spends plenty of time with me and is never in a hurry. He is very thorough and detailed. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The office staff has always been wonderful, as well as the lab tech. Great office!!
