I was referred to this group of physicians by an employee from Radnet Imaging Riverside. And I'm so lucky she did that for me. The team here at Riverside Family Physicians Medical Group are by far the kindest, most professional and experienced and trustworthy doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are what doctors should be. Since I've moved to the inland area I've been needing an intelligent doctor. And I finally found them. This office also has a Palliative program which helps me, since my breast cancer diagnosis. They can send a nurse or medical assistant to visit patients at home. I called today to get my daughter a appointment along with an excuse for being out sick. Whoever answered the phone was rude and cut me off before I can finished " have you seen doctor soltani yet? (Doesn't let me finish talking and she continues to talk and not listen) "yea because you have to be seen before getting an excuse" like duh! If you would have let me finish you would have known I'm not incompetent to that information! It was just the tone and manners of handling the phone call which rubbed me wrong way!

For me I'm not big going to the Doctor because of a BAD experience I had with a urgent Care I almost lost my thumb.I found Doctor Madi office though a family member. Let's be honest about 80% of Doctors in Riverside don't care about their patients. I could be wrong but this is my honest opinion.With Riverside Family Physicians you can get a same day appointment but you have to start calling at 8:30 if you want to talk or see your doctor and they are not there they asks if you would like talk to a different doctor. And they do everything they can to get you appointment I love there tela health when you can audio or video with your doctor also when the doctor... read full review
