I was taken here 3 years ago and it was absolutely horrid. Had to sleep on the floor because they were over max capacity. Scary environment. Will keep those safe who are a danger to themselves, but the environment was very scary. Thankfully I was there for about 36 hours and a few of the staff were polite.

If I could leave 0 starts I would, this place is a joke. Nurses and doctors can't get On the same Page, no one gives responses. Staff is rude, no one helps you their own security guard admitted they were going to take long on purpose because that's what they do. When I requested names of supervisor I was only given only a "Tony". The worst part I was there twice on one day and the first doctor literally personally called me to apologize for staff behavior then after obtaining the papers and clearance needed I returned and was left to wait for 3 hours to only be turned away. How can a mental health place turn you away when you e a family member for help.

Very rude and unhelpful they will hang up on you over and over again everyone there needs retraining and more they will put you on hold over and over again and also leave you on speaker for their co-workers to hear conversations even the head supervisor will hang up on you if they feel like that can't handle a simple conversation you can hear their co-workers in the background judging you from your conversation very unprofessional
