I have submitted all the paperworks they requested for my dependent’s CALVET requirement. I have been calling this office since but l cannot get ahold of anyone. Your call is automatically put on a auto answering saying they have tons of calls and you are automatically disconnected. Frustrating!!!! I also have been emailing the customer servive rep whom l submitted my requirements and until now, he has yet to answer me. I just wanted to know what else l need to do since school is about to start and l need to produce what is required from the school. What a customer service they provide for a disabled vet. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Tony was the most professional Veteran Service Representative I have had the experience dealing with. He showed genuine care and respect for the Department and its purpose of helping vets.
Professional and respectful! I have been here several times and I appreciate the courtesy shown every time. They are proof that prior service members make the best employees with customer service.
