I don't write reviews often but after the way I was treated today, I couldn't not write one. I've never had a bad experience other than wait times which I feel is normal at any urgent care. Today was about an hour and a half which seemed faster than usual. Today I saw Dr. Balette and not only did he get an extensive history, he asked if I had any recent blood work and looked over my most recent results on my mychart on my phone. He couldn't have been more thorough and I honestly have never been treated so well and like the doctor actually cared. He put in more effort than my pcp ever has and it was so appreciated. I felt heard and seen. Which isn't something I have ever said in a health care setting. The wait was worth it and even though not every experience is like that, I will continue going there when needed just because of how kind the staff always is. The lady at the front desk and the one taking my initial history/bp/height &weight were both very kind and put me at ease when I was dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort. I couldn't thank the staff enough for my visit today.
Waited 2 hours just for the guy to hand me a paper and walk away without even saying have a good day or anything of the sort. Didn't ask if i had any questions and didn't seem to care about my actual problem at all. Was simply trying to rush me out the door as fast as possible. No one here seems to care about giving actual good service other than the nurse, who was very nice. Go anywhere else for people who actually care and even if they don't will act like it.
I like I can go in for an ear infection or throat infection and get antibiotics and steroids the same day as an injection or pills. Fast acting and works every time I get one. Have gone to hospitals and their treatment methods didn't work. My first stop when I'm feeling ill
