I hired Ralph Longshore, contracted under Richard McCracken, for construction of a deck and gazebo. I had many issues with Longshore and McCracken refused to honor contract and won’t respond.

Highly recommended! Very professional and just the nicest man you can work with. I used Mr. McCracken to have a decorative wrought iron security screen installed inside my home. We also replaced the deteriorating wooden fences on our front balconies with iron railings as well. Mr McCracken provided everything in writing. He was punctual and extremely easy to work with. His engineering background was very valuable when trying to install the security screen in an opening on the second floor and both railings outside. We spent 6 months remodeling our new home before moving in. I did all of the estimates and hiring personally. I can say without a doubt that Mr. McCracken is an honest man! He did not try to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman as others did. I felt that he took pride in his work and cared about customer satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable about things that needed to be done vs. unnecessary upgrades. I highly, highly recommend Mr. McCracken. When I look back on our remodeling experience almost four years ago, I can without a doubt say that he was one of the top two people we worked with!
