I've been here a few times. I've used the Groupon offer for the 90min massage. I have never experienced them being rude to me because of using the coupon. The receptionist is nice, the massage therapist is nice. She's always asking me if there are certain spots I'd like to focus on, and what pressure I want. The massage therapist will offer you water after and they send you a text to make sure you are staying hydrated. The building is clean, and has a cozy feel to it, which I love.
Friendly receptionist when checking in. And the therapist rubbed me down exactly how I wanted it. I said firm and she was strong throughout the whole 90 mins. They gave me water after and sent me a reminder text to hydrate.
I have been coming for the last 19 years.The best massages I have ever had. I have chronic fibromyalgia and lupus. I leave there on cloud 9. I prefer the 2 hour deep massage sessions once a week. The place is so clean and smells very good. The staff are so professional, friendly, and nice.
