Honest and ethical! Dan Katz, Chris Johnson, Debra, Nancy & Serina came to my rescue last month when I called them and emailed them for help. In March 2021, I was in escrow to buy the home I have been renting since 2017 (for sale by owner). The owners then told me they didn't have to sell, and would be listing the house mid-June because it was seller's market. I didn't really want to buy a home now - prices are skyrocketing and once the pandemic relief bill expires, the market will tumble. The owners decision gave me a few months to find another rental. Owners told me that listing the house in June would mean I would need to vacate by EO August. Within 2 days, the owners listed the house with a realtor! $$$! Long story short, Dan and Chris took the time to give me my legal options, pro's/con's, and I am so thankful for their immediate assistance during an extremely stressful time. The entire staff was on board to ensure communication was flowing, help to finalize legal docs, etc. When I told them to delay filing the lis pendens, they would only accept a minimal amount for payment. I tell my son to "do the right thing for the right reason" often. Reid & Hellyer did the right thing through the process. Could have talked me into options that would run up to $50k or more - and they didn't. Ethics are rare these days. R & H is ethical. Thank you Reid and Hellyer!!
