Update... its been about a year since i last needed a tow and AAA dispatched Ramos again. I was very happy with that. Jonathan arrived 30 min sooner than estimated and was lightening fast to get the car hooked up and ready to go. His gps was suggesting to drive around the block in the opposite direction, so he just asked to tell him the way to go. It was less than 3 miles, and got us and the car back home safely. Dropped the car and was off to the next customer. So far, Ramos has choice workers who know their job and do it well. THANK YOU!

Jose is a damn good Tow Truck Driver. Five stars all the way. Took my exotic car with the fender hanging inches off the floor of a long and bumpy and ravenous dirt road and didn’t let a single speck of rocks or dirt hit it. Still not sure how exactly. Thank you.

Ramos Towing is A1! If you're in the Riverside; Moreno Valley area and need help with a tow, call them! The tow driver was a young man with manners that are unseen these days! Great customer service is the #1 quality I look for and they have it!
