Austin came over and took care of my problem real quick and showed me how to deal with it in the future. I have ordered a new pool cover which will be here later this month and look forward to having it installed. i am very happy with the service I have received from poolsafe. and a big kudo for Stephanie ( answers the phone) a wealth of information.

Seemed hard to have the install on one of the hottest days of the year, but not any complaints and the job was done expeditiously and professionally and all cleaned up and debris and trash taken with them.. everything left as it was found. Looks great, nice and clean like it did 6 years ago.. I hope to get as long life out of this cover as the last one. Thank you

Tech had to male some brackets and improvise. He tried to not have to make 2nd service call. Had a bolt breakoff at end and Ill try to remove it myself instead off buying new part. Tech workef hard.
