Excellent customer service and quality work. I needed a few repairs on dresses and coats that needed cleaning. The owner was extremely nice and prices were reasonable. I had a lace bathing suit that I wasn't even sure could be fixed, and she immediately sewed the same lace pattern to fill in the hole so I could wear it the very next day. I am very pleased and will be returning.

I ha e been going to Plaza cleaners for 7 years now. Apart from great service, they are a local post office annex and offer POBox on-site! All in 1 place very happy with their work.

While driving through Riverside I saw that this dry cleaner also does purse cleaning. My LV was very dirty and since we are so close to the holiday I decided it was time to get it cleaned. The cost for my large bag was $45 (you don't pay until pick up). I was told that it would be ready in about a week. After a week passed and I didn't get a phone call I called to check up; then I was told one more week. If I am not honest I was nervous it was lost. However the next week came and I was told it was ready. The woman behind the counter is such a bright light! She was so happy and smiling and her customer service was amazing. I was told that the reason my purse wasn't ready at the original time was because they received the purse and it wasn't "perfect". So they sent it back one more time and got it restored to its brand new condition. I am thrilled with how clean it was! I will gladly wait if it means I get the great results that I did!! I will be back for sure!
