She listens to what the client wants and does not try to sell products you don’t need.My experience was amazing compared to Ulta. She didn’t rush me, she heard me and answered all my questions! Went in tonight with my mom and was pleasantly surprised with the help received from Vanessa. She was so knowledgeable about haircare and understood what we were needing to find. She went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers. My mom initially went in to find her hair color but they didn't have the color she needed so Yadira, another very helpful associate, offered to call her when it comes in. This store has a lot of hair care products that are quality and the associates know what to recommend.
