Nathan is a great guy and very willling to answer any questions. He is very responsive and sold me a great Lennox /armstrong system. Install went great and the furnace/ac works flawlessly. Great deals, very knowledgeable, and great customer service. I highly recommend using him.

I used services of Onpoint for cleaning my dryer ducts and also my hvac ducts. After the initial cleaning of my dryer ducts, my dryer performance was still bad. I requested John to come back. He was very prompt and professional to come back and clear the duct fully. I then signed up John to clean my hvac ducts as well. John and his crew are very friendly, prompt and professional. Certainly recommend and will use his services again

Super nice owner. We bought a used AC unit and brought it home and the installer ( we didn't hire the owner because we live over an hour a way , otherwise we would have) we hired let us know the valves were leaking. I called the On Point owner and he gladly swapped out the unit. He tested the new one and let us bring the one back and get the new/used unit. He is a small business with only himself and 1 employee. He very busy so getting an appointment is difficult . Please be patient with him he will fit you in and go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied.
